What Is OWL (Our Whole Lives) Training?
​The Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ have come together to create a comprehensive sexuality program.
This program is offered through our congregations and promotes an holistic look at one's sexuality. Facilitators are trained to present accurate information in appropriate ways, facilitate activities that help students clarify their values and improve their decision making skills, and build an environment where students feel safe to share.
The OWL program also values diversity and takes a social justice approach to "inclusive sexuality education."
During training you will receive instruction for program implementation.
The UUA and the UCC want to affirm that parents are their children’s primary sexuality educators.
